Hi Stephane,

We received three emails from you about purchasing 13 licences for VoltaicHD for PC. We sent multiple replies to each but all our emails to your inso.ca address have bounced. Do you have another address we can reply to?

We created an offer here for you (it includes two more licences but at a 13 licence price).

We received your purchase of 15 licences for VoltaicHD for PC, thank you very much. However this purchase was made using the same email address, so we still have been unable to contact you. Your address ending with inso.ca does not seem to be able to receive our emails. It's vitally important that you provide us with another address to contact you on, so that we can send you the activation codes.
