Hi,

Just as http://www.shedworx.com/node/359

If I use Convert(custom) in order to create a Quicktime movie (tryied differents settings, always the same),
then VoltaicHD only converts the first frame of the movie. The rest of the movie consists of only this first frame.
Sound converts fine.
Have nor tryied the Convert (convert) option.

I have the paid version. Things started going wrong when I did the upgrade to v.2.0.2.
Do you recommend doing a downgrade?

Please try running 2.0.1 while we investigate further. What OSX version are you on?

HDV conversion not working

Hi Maria,

on further investigation, we've found that the way we are using Quicktime to create the output file is not suitable for HDV output.
