Is there any way to output any other specific scale? id like to convert from MTS to a 640x360 mp4 clip without having to compress once in voltaic and again in compressor

The standard conversions for Voltaic preserve the HD 16:9 aspect ratio.

You can use the Custom conversion to specify the output format and exact dimensions of the final video.

You can set Custom conversion settings under the Custom Preferences Tab, by clicking on QuickTime Options.
