Is there any way to make the folder names in \Library match up with the event names? It looks like Flamingo just assigns consecutive numbers to the folders.
Thanks.

Library folder naming
We have chosen to name the folders with their ID in the database. This ensures that the folder names never change, which is important when it comes to referencing the movies from the Event and other Projects.
Making the folder names match their Event names introduces a lot of complexity and would prevent us from introducing other Event management features in the future. Even if we were able to make them match they would be out of order when viewed in the Finder as Finder will sort by name or date created whereas we sort Events by the date of their earliest movie or image.
Also, external events can be on any drive available to your computer. They won't have a folder under the Library area at all.
We will soon introduce grouping options in the Event treeview which will let you group Events by year and potentially some other ways.
If you need to find out where an Event is saved on the filesystem, you can always use the Reveal in Finder menu option on a movie or image.
Thanks for asking the question. I understand that the answer doesn't help you with what you had in mind but I hope it shows why we've decided to go this way.
