What level of support is offered?

Shedworx offers email support 9am to 5pm weekdays (Perth, Australia timezone, which is GMT+8). We are a regular business and work 9-5, like most people. We respond to almost all support requests within 24hrs on weekdays. You can use our contact form to get touch with us.

Our systems all run 24x7, but we only provide support while we are at work.

Is there any limit to the size of movies that can be shared?

The size of movies that you share is only limited by the available space on your device.

Do I have to buy the $0.99 upgrade for all my iOS devices?

No, provided you download MovieShare with the same Apple ID that you purchased the upgrade with. You will still have to go through the purchasing procedure on your other device but there won't be another charge.

Is there any difference between the App Store and Shedworx versions?

At the moment, the two versions of MovieShare for Mac are identical.

What versions of OSX are supported?

OS X 10.7 and greater are supported.

Note that the Mac App Store will work on OS X 10.6.8 machines and it will let you install MovieShare, but MovieShare will crash on startup on OS X 10.6.8.
